Welcome to Buddha Academy Tikamgarh and our Online Typing Practice Portal ("Portal"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Buddha Academy Tikamgarh website, typing practice services, tests, learning resources and related features. For the purpose of these Terms, "Buddha Academy", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Buddha Academy Tikamgarh, and "you", "your" and "user" refer to any person accessing or using the Portal. By accessing, registering on, or using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Portal

Buddha Academy Tikamgarh provides educational and typing-practice services intended to help users improve their typing skills and prepare for typing-related examinations, including English typing, Hindi Mangal/Krutidev/Remington/Inscript typing, typing tests and mock tests, practice passages, speed and accuracy analysis, and performance history. Features may change, be updated or discontinued as the platform develops.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Portal only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms under applicable law. Minors should use the Portal with appropriate parental/guardian consent or supervision. You represent that the information you provide is accurate.

3. User Account & Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account; do not share your password, OTP or authentication details. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Unless expressly permitted, an account should be used only by the person it was registered for.

4. Use of Typing Tests & Practice Services

The Portal is for personal educational and examination-preparation purposes. You agree to use tests and practice material honestly. You must not manipulate, exploit, or bypass scoring, timing, error-detection or ranking mechanisms; doing so may result in cancelled results and/or restricted access.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the Portal unlawfully; gain unauthorized access to its systems; bypass security or authentication; reverse-engineer the Portal; introduce malware; interfere with normal operation; use bots/scripts to abuse or overload the Portal; scrape or commercially exploit content without permission; create fake accounts or impersonate others; misrepresent affiliation with any government/examination body; upload unlawful or infringing material; manipulate scores or rankings; circumvent payment controls; or otherwise harm Buddha Academy, other users, or the Portal's integrity.

6. Educational & Examination-Related Use

References to examinations, government departments, courts, police departments, commissions or recruiting organizations are for identification and preparation purposes only. Unless expressly stated, Buddha Academy Tikamgarh is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of such organizations, and does not guarantee any examination or employment outcome. Where Portal information differs from an official notification, the official information shall prevail.

7. Paid Services & Payments

Certain courses, tests, subscriptions or features may be paid. Review the applicable price, duration and description before payment. Provide accurate payment/transaction information. Payments may be processed via third-party providers whose own terms may also apply. Buddha Academy may change prices or services, subject to applicable law.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms; that policy applies to the extent of any conflict on refund matters.

9. Intellectual Property

The Portal and its contents (design, branding, text, typing passages, questions, test formats, graphics, software, databases, results/interface designs, and other original material) are owned by or licensed to Buddha Academy Tikamgarh and protected by applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Portal for personal educational/exam-prep purposes; you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Portal material without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

10. User-Provided Information & Content

You remain responsible for any information, feedback, reviews or content you submit, and agree it will not violate law, infringe others' rights, contain malware, be fraudulent/misleading, or be abusive/defamatory. You grant Buddha Academy limited rights to use such content to operate and improve the Portal, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Portal useful and accurate but do not guarantee completeness, error-free content, exact replication of actual exams, unchanged examination rules, uninterrupted availability, or that the Portal meets every individual's requirements. Verify important exam information through official sources.

12. Technical Availability

Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, updates, server/hosting issues, network issues, third-party failures, security incidents, technical errors or circumstances beyond our control. We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

The Portal may link to or use third-party websites, payment gateways, hosting or analytics services with their own independent terms and policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Privacy

Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for violation of these Terms, fraud/abuse, security risks, or misuse of paid/restricted services, with notice where appropriate (immediate suspension possible for serious violations). Termination doesn't extinguish rights/obligations meant to survive it.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Portal is provided "as available" and "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted, fully secure, error-free operation or exact replication of any official exam system.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddha Academy Tikamgarh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Portal, including loss from technical interruptions, reliance on non-official exam information, errors in practice material, or exam-requirement changes, except where such limitation is legally prohibited.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Portal, violation of these Terms, infringement of others' rights, or misuse of the Portal (this does not require indemnifying us for our own unlawful conduct).

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Portal, services, technology, business practices or law; the updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to Buddha Academy Tikamgarh, subject to applicable law. Nothing prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory legal right or remedy.
